Daily Duties at Us Army, 32nd Medical Brigade:

• Served as First Sergeant in an Advanced Individual Training, Medical Company, responsible for the daily operations and training of over 350 Soldiers and 118 Instructors, and supervised of 14 Platoon Sergeants. • Selected by Human Resource Command to serve as the “first” recognized Army 68Q First Sergeant. • Supported Military Occupational Specialty training of 68P Radiology, 68Q Pharmacy, 68K Laboratory Technician programs and additional Skill Identifier training programs. • Enforced policies relating to health, welfare, morale, and conducted safety inspections. Led the monthly drug screening and urinalysis program for over 450 personnel. • Led the winning 264th Medical Battalion, Commander’s Cup, Warrior Leader Challenge, multiple Combative Tournaments, and Excellence in Blood Donation Awards.
