• Served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for communicating the Office of the Surgeon General, Army Pharmacy Consultant policy to senior leaders, and over 650 enlisted technicians. • Selected and served as the Army Pharmacy Senior Enlisted Advisor for two Department of the Army, Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG), Pharmacy Branch Consultants. • Ensured Military Treatment Facilities implemented programs consistent with the OTSG strategic intent. Communicated with the AMEDD Personnel Proponent Directorate, Human Resources Command, Medical Command, Resource Management, and other manpower agencies. • Advised personnel on assignments, gave professional growth guidance to over 650 technicians, identified Critical Task List, Soldier's Manual, and wrote Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Training Guide. • Collaborated with the Medical Education Training Campus and updated Pharmacy Specialist curriculum. • Wrote and developed current Army 68Q Pharmacy Specialist policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
