Daily Duties at Excess Risk Solutions:

– Initiate and renew excess loss business for group health and life: quoting process, pre-underwriting, producing sold and retaining renewal business, policy issue and all issues concerning products, claims and sales. Liaison between Managing General Underwriters (MGU), Third Party Admin (TPA), and underwriters while monitoring the company’s block of excess loss business. Ensured client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, maintain consistent service in a quick paced environment. Responsible for training and mentoring new staff.
