Daily Duties at Bayfront Medical Center:

Administered all lines of the company’s insurance. Effectively work with functional departments to ensure current data for renewal process as well as tracking claims and costs. Evaluating company’s risk to determine insurance needs. Liaison between brokers and internal departments, maintain current certificates and coverage’s for all entities. Work directly with TPA and Attorney’s on our self funded malpractice program including internal claims reporting, reporting to carriers, excess carriers, preparation for claims meeting and audits, and maintain minutes. Other responsibilities: handling confidential information, Risk Management related reporting, maintain department’s policies, scheduling depositions and receive and process complaints.
