This project succeeded in improving efficiency by eliminating an aging paper-based ticket reporting process. - Procurement: Procured $968k in grant funding from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to complete the traffic-ticket project. - Presentations: Presented Louisiana Supreme Court project goals to elected officials (such as state judges and clerks of court). - Data Scrubbing: Analyzed state criminal and traffic case data to ensure proper import to state repositories.
