Recruited directly by CEO to realign and improve sales force performance. Reported sales targets/results for the five product groups: Aerials, Pumpers, Rescue, Tankers and Ambulance directly to the President. 1. Realigned sales team to exceed target and produce $420M from fire apparatus/ambulance sales worldwide through direct, dealer and governmental markets. 2. Built teamf ocusing exclusively on the aerials-the highest margin product–securing Pierce market leadership. 3. Developed Contender series, allowing Pierce to compete in more price-sensitive markets without sacrificing premium brand. 4. Directed advertising manager to create successful ad campaign. 5. Restructured dealer network. 6. Rebuilt Customer Service/Parts division to better utilizer resources and increase customer service.
