Daily Duties at Autocar, Llc:
Directed sales and marketing initiatives. Developed monthly and annual sales quota goals and strategized ways to reach revenue objectives. Worked with customers and dealers to meet their needs and increase customer base. 1. Heavily involved with reaching the P&L targets. Senior leadership team meetings weekly to discuss actions. Sole responsibility of reaching the $330M top line and margin targets. 2. Inserted direct component strategy to grow market share from10%to 40%. 3. Worked with the senior leadership team to institute LEAN manufacturing– product flow, Kaizen events, time studies. Exposure to Toyota “Elegant Solution” system. 4. Led direct sales force to achieve SG&Aof1.3%of sales. 5. Implemented incentive program for dealers that included well-defined goals, metrics and accountability, to over double order intake. 6. Improved communication, assisted in development of products and ensured timely product delivery, working with engineering, operations, finance, service and parts organization.
