Functioned as Co-lead (Super User) for the successful transition of legacy system to Epic Electronic Health Records Software. Provided primary care nursing duties that included med administration, education, safety assessments, symptom management, and coping/life skills/problem identification and resolution. Key Accomplishments • Maximized non-violent crisis communication and intervention to limit use of restraints and seclusion. • Closely monitored and supervised all facets of medical care for up to 6 adult psychiatric patients. • Collaborated with peers to effectively maintain both patient and unit safety.
