Daily Duties at Vesta Inc.:
Responsible for meeting / exceeding all contractual client performance targets. Full P&L responsibly begining with creating an annual operating budget and then managing my operation within the approved budget. I was responsible for managing our Revenue Assurance Team (Tier 2 Fruad Prevention). Ensured that all all departments that reported to me, Operations, Training, Qaulity Assurance, Work Force Management and Revenue Assurance performed at a consistently high level through developing strong processes, including auditing the compliance to our processes. Employed consistent Top Grading and Development of my direct reports to ensure we had A & B players throughout all levels of my organization, this also including succession planning for the inevitable change in personal due to promotions, and attrition due to performance issues.
