Daily Duties at Saddle Creek Transportation:

• Supervise and manage the KPIs of 50+ direct reports (46 drivers and 4 logistics coordinators) • Create and authorize POs for asset repair (up to $7,000) • Create and implement new safety policies and procedures to improve operational excellence • Daily execution of the operating plan, equipment utilization, safety, hours of service and fuel efficiency • Use and ensure TruckMate and PeopleNet systems are updated accurately and promptly • Provide assistance to solve customer service, equipment, driver and warehouse issues • Administrative functions such as filing, scanning and driver pay
