Daily Duties at Financial Medical Systems:
Negotiated contracts, managed outsourced vendors and continuously partnered with clients to create seamless interfaces and data flows resulting in effective critical processing and reporting capabilities. Oversaw all Information Technology and Systems, including an applications development and technical support staff and supporting vendor teams. Tasked with datacenter management, outsourced and in-house; capacity planning, VMware, clustering and infrastructure performance tuning. Up to date with governing regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley, SAS 70 and HIPAA. Managed disaster recovery, contingency planning, privacy and related HIPAA privacy and security issues in additional role as Corporate Security and Compliance Officer.
