Drove Lean Manufacturing, Productivity and Quality. Championed Lean Manufacturing and Safety initiatives. Tracked Preventive Maintenance items to insure completion. Monitored the state of the building using walks through all areas of the building. Worked with the VP Operations to incorporate new equipment on the production floor. Wrote production procedures for ISO 4001. Monitored compliance to ISO4001 & AS4001 quality processes. Interacted with VP Operations, Technical Reps and Engineering to insure the correct training procedures for new technology on the work floor. Monitored the flow of product through the facility. Evaluated and Mentored Supervisors and Team Members. Interacted with Production Control to insure plant efficiency. Searched areas for Continuous Improvement. 5S and Kaizen. Training Within Industry.
