Daily Duties at Genentech, A Member Of The Roche Group:

As the Senior Management Associate for the Senior Vice President/Officer of the organization, I was responsible for various complex administrative, project and operation activities. I managed his complex, calendar and schedule on a daily basis by having face to face, working, cross-functionally with key stakeholders. I managed the planning and preparation of his complex travel schedule and collected or prepared the documents and presentations. Coordinated executives worldwide presence at various internal and external meetings. responsible for the management of external vendor contracts, invoices ad communications. I matrix managed a team of 32 Administrative professionals. holding monthly team meetings to review upcoming group projects. Lead admins in creating andexecuting administrative process to streamline, create synergy, consistency and cohesiveness. Managed senior level recruitment activities by partnering with HR Manager and hiring mangers with the job description, resumes, scheduling and tracking and create the interviewitinerary/packets. Lead the logistical planning and execution of the quarterly Town Hall meetings for 200+ people with over 100 field personnel by having meetings with the SVP to review agenda and meeting content. Responsible for the uploading and arrangement of the presentation slide deck to ensure alignment with the agenda or modify to accommodate any last minute changes that were made to the agenda.
