Daily Duties at At&T Broadband:
* Staff role responsible for the Customer Care contractual outsourcing portfolio supporting Video, Internet and Digital Phone. * Identify annual spend commitments and drive performance optimization from partners. * Terminate agreements with non-performing partners in conjunction with Supply Chain/Procurement. * Manage the Customer Care operational business infrastructure (IVR, Chat and Email) channels through a 24/7 Command Center * Workforce Staffing for 2,000 front-line employees that operated in a virtual call delivery model
