Daily Duties at Coca Cola Refreshments:
• Provide leadership and strategic vision, and execute on the 3 year business plan • Develop Operating and capital budget, and managing P&L • Directly responsible for Production, Maintenance, Inventory and indirectly the Quality departments. • Drive associate training, development and performance to meet KPI goals • Coordinate all new product introduction (NPI) at facility • Collaborate with Central Planning to forecast, meet customer need and warehouse inventory level • Responsible for Production, Maintenance and Inventory departments (Production and Maintenance Manager direct report) and dotted lines to Quality Assurance
