Daily Duties at Christ Hospital Testing Centers:

• Created a transitional work environment for staff and patient care • Researched, purchased and trained staff on new equipment • Implemented and teach Radiation Safety Programs • Facilitate the day to day operations of the four Cardiovascular Testing Centers for vascular, echo and nuclear medicine testing • Oversee the use of imaging equipment, the administration of contrast, medications and radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic procedures • Update the computer systems/ pull statistical information to make sure that we are providing the best possible and most efficient patient care • Create daily work schedules for the Diagnostic RNs and Nuclear Technologists • Resolve Staffing issues that result from personal issues to technical issues • Employees Performance Appraisals to make sure that the employees stay on track to achieve their personal and professional goals • Maintain accreditations and Nuclear labs licensures for state inspections • Oversee transmission of the images for the interpretation physicians to ensure proficient and timely test results • Updating Nuclear Cardiology Protocols as needed by the state, profession, or institution • Keep the Nuclear labs within all guideline of the NRC and Joint Commission • Monthly reviews of the staff and facilities so that the testing centers are ready for inspections at all times
