Daily Duties at Pledger Orthopedic Spine Center:
• to provide an efficient work atmosphere by providing continuing education for the staff on state regulations and expectations • Update the office to to pass Joint Commission and state regulations by locking up medications and needles, provide a safe and state regulated process for disposing of unused opioid medications • Payroll, Staff Schedules, Staff Issues that arise on a daily basis, Hiring and firing of staff • Evaluations monthly to help keep staff aprised of their goals for their yearly evaluations which evaluated them for their raises • Implement Updated Protocols • Workman’s Comp, BWC, Disability paperwork Office Budget, to make sure that the office stays on budget, cut the budget in any way Ordering supplies
