Daily Duties at Xcel Energy:
* Revenue Cycle Operations Leader * Accountable for 1,400 employees across seven state territory * Meter Reading (Unionized workforce) Billing and Remittance Operations, Customer Care Operations (three centers in MN, WI and TX)), Quality Program,Credit/Collections, Learning/Development, Communications and Business Operations. * Monthly Reporting of KPI performance for contact centers, Billing/Remittance and Credit/Collections * Review all Meter Reading OSHA incidents and where applicable, meet with union representatives on incidents re: workers compensation or time off requests. * Testify before the Public Utility Commission as warranted on specific inquiries * Weekly review of Credit/Collections activity/procedures to ensure service terminations are in compliance with local regulatory standards. * Inspire, Motivate and Mentor Employees * Strategic Thought Leader
