* Through a Center of Excellence inbound call model, key executive/GM responsible for 900 employees across two sites in Colorado and Minnesota focused on customer unit and revenue retention * Key operations GM collaborating with Marketing on customer retention and churn mitigation strategies and propensity for churn methodologies. * Construct annual operating plan * Manage P&L * Accountable for Call Center operational KPI's (Call Handling Efficiency, First Call Resolution, Deposit Compliance, Customer Units and Revenue Retained, Escalations) * Motivate, Inspire and Mentor Employees * Manage Employee Attrition * Business Performance Reporting * Review and Approve Learning and Development Curriculum and Career Progression Program * Accountable for call center business continuity plans
