* Monthly Enterprise KPI Reporting (Calls, IVR Utilization, Handle Time, First Call Resolution, Budget Performance, Credits Issued, Truck Roll Prevention, Bonus Performance Tracking) * Sales (Inbound, eCommerce, Outbound) Workforce Management and Analytics (Internal and External Staffing, Sales Unit Forecast and Performance, * Desktop Tools Management (Performance and Functionality for call center employees) * Quality Program (Platform Management, Implementation and Measurement of employees) * IVR Platform (Maintenance, Management and strategic gatekeeper for all changes) * Digital Phone Provisioning (Ensuring all customer phone orders are processed within guidelines, troubleshoot issues with carriers, monitor internal network system issues, monthly performance reporting) * Bridge Operations (Trouble Ticketing and Event Management for customer service interruptions and Call Center Operations issues, Key Collaborator with IT/Technical Operations/ NOC, Engineering, Command Center for Pay Per View Event Management Communications to internal teams. * Motivate, Inspire and Mentor Employees
