Directed business positioning for the management of NPI prototype builds at CM manufacturing plant in Shanghai China and Cupertino, CA. Applied broad and diversified knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes, DFMA and assembly test fixtures to monitor product lines from inception to end of life cycle and identify quality improvement opportunities. Planned, scheduled and coordinated activities including prototype launch process, milestones, cut-off dates, quality assurance and support of cross-functional intra-organizations while meeting overall business goals and objectives. Identified risks and reported program status to senior leadership while interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization.
