Accountable for 24,000 active skus (part numbers) and inventory valued at $29 million. Developed processes and procedures to manage inventory. Supervised and managed department of twelve Inventory Managers and Coordinators. Responsibilities included hiring associates, conducting annual performance evaluations and identifying individual yearly goals. Performance and professional history resulted in upper management offers for advancement and promotions in positions and responsibilities.
