Daily Duties at Banc One:
Infrastructure architect responsible for resource allocation, project design (majority over $50M) and coordination. Involvement from inception through implementation. Provided load and performance testing for various applications to determine hardware requirements and upgrade paths. Designed and implemented an approach to use Windows .NET web servers to authenticate users and interface them to an SAP expense system for over 95K users that would not work due to the age of the existing SAP system. In that year it saved the expense of having to upgrade when we were not budgeted to do so for only the cost of two inexpensive web servers that cost $4K apiece.
