Daily Duties at Fluor Middle East Ltd:

Led the diverse construction engineering and turnover teams totaling 35 engineers processing RFI responses, supervising the contractors, planning the work, and resolving design issues with the Home Office. I established the Constructability Program and resolved over 650 items during the Ras Gas Project. I set up the document control program for the site, established procedures, and managed the 6 staff working at site. We logged and responded to over 1500 RFI's for the project. I set up the Hydrotest package review process and we reviewed and approved over 1800 test packages developed by the mechanical contractors.
