Daily Duties at Pnc Financial Services:
Financial Analyst for Northwest Market responsible for annual/monthly budgeting, planning & forecasting of all real estate operations for major building markets (high rise buildings), including training for property managers, recommendations and adjustments, meetings with PA's, managers, executives and Finance & finally financial reports. Included generation of all Zero based budgets by property for each property, additional duties included the capital and expense planning with equipment disposal, purchase and renovations, maintenance, wire mining, etc. Final organization into one data group for upload into company's BPS system for download into Accounting systems. Generated tracking reports for Gain/Loss on Sale of Assets Company Wide.
