Led the engineering and construction technical planning for a major turnaround in 12 Pipestill Unit including review, approval and execution of over 450 tie-ins. Generated over 75 construction work packages for mechanical equipment installation at the 12 Pipestill Unit. Generated a mechanical works scope of work for the GOHT unit MEC work used for lump sum bidding(scope $50 mil+). Organized and identifed over 700 punch list items for completion of module installation at the GOHT Unit. Worked with scheduling to develop the detailed turnaround schedule that fit the design. Participated and supervised the generation of Work Face Planning packages for the installation work.
