Daily Duties at Cb&I Constructors:
Leader of engineering design team of up to 28 people at site to complete designs and provide guidance to construction staff of over 600. Processed up to 30 RFI's per day with technical answers. Set up and supervised group of 8 engineers to generate over 1600 pressure test packages for all three trains and offsites. Supervised document control team of three at site to distribute construction documents as needed. Generated site procedures for field applications such as Document Control, RFI Coordination, Grouting, Concrete Repair and other technical related field activities. Participated heavily in the development of the org chart, manpower budget, manpower recruitment, and hiring of engineers to fill the Technical Services staff positions.
