Serve as Consultant for turnaround of $3.5 M Spine Company facilitating cash positive operating position and funding Research and Development (R&D) efforts for development of innovative new technology. Ensure achievement of $8M in sales for 2017, 50% increase from prior year by terminating and upgrading current sales force headcount, building culture and effective performance morale, implementing Salesforce CRM sales cycle management platform, and establishing Best Practice for sale of pearls, as well as, growing customer base by 50% and cutting sales operating expenses 25%.
