Daily Duties at Asap/At&T :

Serve as Consumer Markets Trainer for ATT on a contract basis, leveraging virtual facilitation via Adobe Connect Classroom in both live and remote environments. Deliver 5-8 day training sessions on the CRM Clarify system, ordering, billing and electronic payments system designed for AT&T retention representatives. ▪ Developed custom PowerPoint presentations utilized in conjunction with WBT and company provided materials to enhance the training experience. ▪ Experienced utilizing and training on multiple West and Southwest Telco systems as well as AT&T Wireless products. ▪ Facilitated RET100 four-week Retail Sales Consultant class for new hires at multiple retail locations. ▪ Supported AT&T Wireless Combined Billing Center trainers and representatives on the floor ▪ Trained numerous U-Verse Retention and Acquisition courses across the U.S as U-Verse subject matter expert. ▪ Facilitated U-Verse ordering though system releases R4 through R9 and prepared to support R10 of CRM system. ▪ Served as Lead Trainer in launching the ATT West Consumer Winback Outbound Call Center in Pasadena, TX. ▪ Designed PowerPoint presentation for a vendor training session on accessing the CRM Clarify system as sole instructor to teach this class. ▪ Supported newly trained reps for the Residential Order Corrections Center and evaluated vendor training centers for AT&T. • Included international travel to the Philippines and Jamaica
