Applying program management processes and tools while ensuring financial, quality, technology and schedule performance. Identification of program risks and coordinating collaboration with research and development formulation team, manufacturing operations, facility planning, architects, general contractors, logistics, materials, business operations and technical program and engineering managers to ensure adherence to program development and scheduling objectives.
