Daily Duties at Pnc Bank:

 Development of training program for Outbound Banker Program & Managed & trained team members.  Support PNC’s sales, service & marketing efforts for new branches, branch consolidations & Universal Transformations.  Plan & lead complex strategic multi-channel marketing programs that support the acquisition, retention, growth goals & ROI against goal set across various lines of business.  Collaborate with service partners, branch teams & marketing agency, to ensure a seamless delivery & consistent experience across multiple distribution channels to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction & commitment.  Effectively coach/mentor branch teams by leading through communication & facilitating various training workshops.  Sales management responsibilities to drive new acquisition, cross sell & retention efforts to ensure branches met expected business goals.  Managed budgets & created monthly department budget report (combining & tracking 13 team members’ budget reports).  Lead special projects in development (DeNovo Results Database, Outbound Banker Program, etc.) & communication on sales/service program, train new colleagues, & provide mentorship.  Executed marketing events & sponsorships; demonstrated innovative techniques to engage attendees as prospective customers for 100+ branch network including post-event measurement of ROI. Architect of “Best Practice” for event summary of corporate events & sponsorships, recognized at 2008 Annual Marketing meeting. Developed communication vehicles for increased brand awareness & improved community relations (event calendars & market sales reports), shared at the executive level & LOB.  Facilitated Grand Opening activities for both Florida & out of state DeNovo branches. Serving as project leader facilitating conference calls consisting of 12 member task force to ensure successful DeNovo Grand Openings, implemented with a 12 page work plan for continued success, breaking corporate benchmarks in opening day sales results. Responsible for all aspects of marketing support (in-branch, advertising & community flyers), managed budget with outside vendors or internal cost allocation.  Placement of all media buys, conducted special research, strategies, branding & advertising projects. Processed & maintained record keeping for payment activities. Ownership of all Direct Mail projects. Ran & released financial budget reports to executive distribution list. Creation & coordination of monthly Dashboard report which tracked competitive community bank advertising & free ink (measure of newspaper publicity). Created reports to emphasize P&L accountability for sales success by tracking ROI statistical information by bank product. Performed office manager duties for department.
