Daily Duties at Huawei Technologies De Venezuela:
Manage and direct Technical Engineers staff in planning and executing technical procedures required for the solutions that are sold together with network elements and equipments provided by Huawei. Participate in daily basis in resource allocation and planning activities. Design and follow up succession plans in order to have availability of required resources for each type of project. Elaborate training plans according to business needs. Participate in the initiation, planning, execution and closure phases of the projects, coordinating by weekly meetings with project directors and project managers the availability and asignation of the resources according to the type of activity required aligned with the priority's . Verify the scope of work of the activities that will be subcontracted and guarantee that subcontractors receive the appropriate procedures and training required within the project scope. In daily basis participate in technical problem solving and root cause analysis activities making sure that the issues that can not be resolved within the first level of support are escalated timely and effectively. Participate in meetings with customer when information recollection is required to evluate root causes of any deviation that can be related to the expertise of the technical teams or the processes that are being executed. Perform quarterly training on how to implement high risk operations in customers network using all available tools and corporate internal procedures for the corresponding support. Execute monthly performance evaluation and quertely appraisal of staff that integrate the department.
