Act as the face of HR for the company and perform as HR Business partner of all the Directors of the organization. Design the annual agenda of key tasks related to compensation and benefit, performance management, leadership talent and organization management. Align the agenda with business needs and adjust priorities according to business strategies. Organize monthly meetings with all Directors providing executive report and data that can help understand the overall situation of the organization, scale, turnover, employee cost, job levels , attendance, new ingresses and human resource project forecasts. Coordinate and execute outside- in analysis in order to understand the external business environment related to HR practices. Perform frequent trend analysis in order to monitor the changes of each hr area of expertise analyzing the impacts and clarifying with Key decision makers changes and actions that must be executed. Perform training for managers when new HR policy's are issued and monthly training for new employee orientation. Analyze the local law changes and share impacts with managers. Guarantee that motivational activities are performed following company's policy's and using the correct procedures. Perform monthly open door sessions with employees in order to recollect ideas and benchmark the internal business environment. Frequently check that labor liabilities are complied with. Provide day to day advice to managers and employees of all human resources issues. Handle conflict management when ever its necessary. Daily followup with department team members the key activities that have been assigned and are relevant to accomplish business targets.
