Directed shift team activities to meet company goals Held monthly safety and production meetings with subordinates Trouble-shoot equipment searching for bottlenecks Provided technical support associated with process R&D improvement Represented department on process teams and new process implementation • Evaluated performance of employees and provided coaching and counseling • Procured departmental supplies and raw materials • Responsible for on-site security and emergency response • Ensured all Safety, GMP, and Quality policies are followed • Developed and presented progress reports on special projects • Worked with plant on several AIB audits.
