Daily Duties at Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing:

Schedule and maintain production in SAP and the shop floor system • Maintain material masters in SAP • Purchase raw materials and expense items • Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials adhere to specifications • Release Purchase Requisitions from other departments in the plant • Manage inventory levels in the warehouse • Manage transfers from other plants in the company • Manage safety committee • Maintain BOM’s and routing in SAP • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure timely orders to customers • Have participated in numerous Kaizen events • Handle all inbound and outbound shipments • Create and post shipments in SAP • Supervise three full time shipping associatesl • Request LTL quotes for shipments where needed • Manage S&OP process in SAP
