Daily Duties at Whitmore Mfg:
I was hired to improve the situation of the international logistics department. I championed an effort to renew this department by improving on time delivery, reducing errors, and implementing new work instructions and SOPs. Reason for Leaving I left this job earlier than I had planned to. In the beginning I was told that once I had completed the goals I would be moved into a more "value add" position where I could focus more on distribution and continuous improvement. However, when the time came I was told there was no other position fro me to move into. I could stay in what was now an entry-level shipping position and collect the same salary- however, I chose to leave to find a more suitable position for myself that would be fulfilling and there would be promise of a career path.
