Daily Duties at Alza Pharmaceuticals:
As Director, established and managed the "Corporate Construction Department" responsible for all capital improvements. Managed project managers, admin. staff, developed and managed all budgets. As Sr. Project Manager, responsibilities included managing large and small capital improvements from lab and manufacturing suite build-outs to complete ground-up manufacturing plants from initial concept through FDA/DEA approval.
