Daily Duties at Aerotek/Frontier Communications:
Collections trainer-facilitated 25 day New Hire Collections training (20 classroom days-5 OJT days) Trained consumer collection techniques along with all relevant Frontier systems (DPI, Dynamics, FONE, CERT, AXIOM, etc.) Trained payment extensions, deferred payment arrangements, payment investigations, etc. Administered all necessary assessments and role plays. Additionally I trained courses on Outbound Collections campaigns (15 classroom days). These included extensive product knowledge (FiOS, Vantage TV, POTS, Satellite HSI, and DISH Network). Trained sales techniques and product ordering systems such as Sterling CRM and DOT. Outbound dialer was also included in the skill set. Used both live and Adobe Connect(Webinar) in facilitation. Created and edited numerous articles for Frontier Communications FONE (Frontier Online kNowledge & Education), Frontier’s reference system used throughout the Company
