Daily Duties at Zs Associates:
• Integral to the design and development of one of the first large scale CRM/Decision Support Systems rolled out to dominant pharmaceutical companies. • Developed Sales Force and Marketing Strategy for multiple biotechnology and medical device companies, working directly with the VP of Sales and Marketing. • Developed econometric models using advanced behavioral segmentation techniques, coupled with primary research to achieve attitudinal segmentation, that was then used in both strategic decision-making (salesforce sizing and structuring in multibillion M&A) and operational decisions (sales rep call planning and routing).
