As the "Owner" and "Client's" representative at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, responsibilities include managing the development of facilities from initial concept discussion through commissioning and turn-over. (full lifecycle). Activities included developing scopes of work, bidding, budget management, design and construction team management, leading internal teams to define the facility functions and details. This project was a "greenfield" project in Ireland.
