Built community through research, design and implementation of economic development programs such as building rehabilitation grants, parking studies, and community marketing/branding. Performed strategic organizational development activities including developing a 10 year vision plan, board recruitment and development plan, and Tax Increment Financing and Development plans. Liaised with business owners old and new to assist with business attraction and retention. Advocated for policies and programs that enhanced community development activities. Managed all operations of the authority including annual budget development, communications, and staffing.
