Daily Duties at Cit Group:

• Content marketing strategy and promotion. • Managed creation, curating or repackaging of more than 140 thought leadership pieces. • Managed in-house desktop publishing/creative services team, as well as freelance writers and media partner content resources. • Plan and manage departmental budget in excess of $8 million. • Key interface with finance on budgets and reporting. • Marketing operations responsibilities include shepherding new vendors through onboarding, tracking key projects, recommending marketing department structures that cut across businesses to capitalize on expertise and streamlines for efficiencies, benchmarking, working with vendor management on RFPs and interfacing with change management office for various strategic initiatives affecting marketing and process analyses. • Founding member and advisor to WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) program to advance the professional development of women at CIT by fostering engagement and providing opportunities for leadership, while driving initiatives for recruiting and retaining women in the organization. Executive co-chair of associated communications working group.
