Daily Duties at Enver Solar:
Help build the company from the ground up. Was given ownership for my efforts. Help build every department to include sales, production, marketing and more. My primary focus after the company was up and running was training and managing the sales force. I chose the business location, screened and hired the sales staff, created the training material, trained the staff, managed the sales team, conducted sales meetings, managed suppliers and created sales software.
