Built the Business from the ground up for the owner and Medical Director Dr. Otiko. I chose the business location, screened and hired the staff, created the training material, trained the staff, setup the office, managed the marketing and sales, handled the banking, accounting and payroll, conducted staff meetings and consulted the medical director.
