Daily Duties at Abm Aviation:

• A focused and energetic management professional that oversees and manages a 35+ bus fleet with over a hundred and fifty employees. o On a daily basis handle routine procedures from employee recruiting and hiring to vehicle maintenance and repairs. o Help in reduce employee turnover and increase morale and find suitable candidates and teams for promotion within the company. o Handle all necessary OSHA and DOT training and keep up to date with changing procedures implemented within the company or required by the airport. o In constant communication with airport staff to help maintain satisfied customer levels. o Responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, AP, AR, Payroll. Weekly reporting to Vice President
