Daily Duties at Jones Lang La Salle:

General Manager of the direct operations of Class A lab and office buildings totaling over a million square feet with a team consisting of 15+ professionals. Oversee team and implement management agreement which includes client/tenant/vendor relationships, tenant retention, direct lease administration, contract negotiations, budget preparation, financial analysis and reporting, maintenance of building mechanical systems, capital planning and collaboration on construction projects. Prepared/executed individual budgets for the seven assets and implemented its strategic plan. Reported on individual basis and combined - structured as a condominium with each building responsible for its share of the common area. Budget NOI of $38M with annual revenues in excess of $60M.
