Daily Duties at Colliers International:
Portfolio manager who lead a team of 18+ professionals to oversee the day to day operations of 106 assets consisting of office, lab, residential, ground lease and industrial/warehouse. Oversee team and implement management agreement which includes client/tenant/vendor relationships, tenant retention, direct lease administration, contract negotiations, budget preparation, financial analysis and reporting, maintenance of building mechanical systems, capital planning and collaboration on construction projects. Prepared/executed individual budgets per asset and implemented its strategic plan. Capital for the portfolio consisted of 50-80 projects during a fiscal period. Promoted in June 2011 to Vice President.
