Manage Payroll Specialist for over 2,000 employees in (10) states utilizing UltiPro, Time Management and MenuLink, as well as monthly, quarterly, annual commissions, and bonuses. Biweekly payroll tax reconciation, 401K contribution/loans. Prepared reconciliation of quarterly/annual payroll reports including W2 and stock options. Manage Payroll Department providing backup assistance, training and process improvements. Partnered with Human Resource Department with Store Manager and new employee orientation. On implementation team to convert from CompuPay to UltiPro. Implemented Global Cash Cards and new hire import from MenuLink to UltiPro. Collaborate with Payroll and Human Resources to answer employee and manager questions and needs. Proficent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
