Daily Duties at Accenture Llp:

 Led/Coordinated with multiple application (development, support) teams and multiple Vendors across multiple geographies (Time Zones).  Technology involved Oracle 11g, 10g Linux, Netezza Sun OS UNIX environment.  Mentored Team members on Technical and Process Improvements and automation capabilities.  Developed high level documentation for multiple clients Project transition on behalf of Accenture.  Proposed many solutions for performance improvement of many SQL's latest SQL performance enhancement tools for application development and production support teams.  Led an offshore team of 5 to configure Oracle DR solutions, IBM Netezza database upgrade and proposed multiple solutions for performance improvements to clients.  Implemented DR(Disaster Recovery) solutions for different clients using Oracle Data Guard and Golden Gate.
