Daily Duties at Experimac P Earland Parkway:
Provided Sales and Service to all Apple products including all iPhone, iMac, iPad, Mac Pro, and MacBook Pro models. Excellent knowledge of iOS and Mac OS in order to lead and supervise instructor classes in usability, maintenance and repair of all Apple products and OS versions. Provided additional expertise and knowledge in leading and supervising instructor classes on usability and maintenance of all Microsoft OS versions across various different hardware vendors. Ability to repair any cell phone/tablet/laptop/desktop computer with any current or legacy operating system.
